The hotel situation was PERFECT. It's near both beaches and around the corner from the coolest neighbourhood in Gijon.. Thanks to the hotel we saved 12 euros in the parking lot during our whole stay.. We liked the room a lot, from the window we could see the sea. I liked the very modern decoration very much. The very comfortable beds.. The very friendly staff. In the morning when we arrived the girl explained us very well how to get to the parking lot and in the afternoon the super nice guy, greeted us with a smile every time we entered or left the hotel.

The wifi wasn't going very well. Every 5 minutes the connection went down and I had to go back online. The fridge is not too cold. In the Bathroom: . -The shower head looked quite old and consequently it had a slit in the top that the water came out when you took a shower. - In my house there is no bathtub so when I travel I purposely look for hotels that have a bathtub to take a relaxing bath on the last day. Unfortunately this time it couldn't be because the bathtub had no stopper.

situation and location of the hotel is unbeatable, just a few minutes from the Plaza Mayor, tapas area, beach and main places to visit in Gijon. staff is totally outstanding, always taking care of any of our needs and, at the reception, they are as nice and friendly as they could be, best I have seen in a long time. Quality/Price ratio in February and with good weather quite good for 68? from Friday to Sunday.

For writing some negative points, ceiling was a little damp and it was corking, room was fine and it was a minor detail. only worse point is that sometimes you can hear a little noise because the rooms are not well insulated acoustically and, although in one particular case they are not to blame, in the next room there was a family with a half grown girl (it was not a baby that would be understood) of the thousand demons that morning, noon and night did not stop crying and shouting but it would be a matter of the parents for spoiling her. Another improvement that I would put or warn them before booking, although we carried our toilet bag and was not crucial but, just in case, someone is counting on it and it is not, is that in the bathroom you do not get hand soap or the typical small bottles of shampoo and gel, you must take them or buy in some super next door.

The hotel is perfectly located, on the narrow isthmus between the two banks of the cape, everything is nearby, the place is quiet. Very nice girl at the reception. I had a room on the 7th floor, on the top floor, overlooking the rooftops of the city, the Pelayo monument and the ocean. The room is small but comfortable, has heating, mini fridge, hair dryer, soap, shampoos, TV, enough sockets and light. Bathroom with bidet and shower cabin, all clean and tidy, enough towels. Good breakfast, coffee from the machine, there are also other drinks - hot water, milk, cappuccino, coffee with milk. For breakfast there are 2-3 kinds of bread, toaster, 2-3 kinds of cheese and sausages, jamon, olive oil, grated tomatoes and fresh tomatoes, soft cheese and marmalade natural, cottage cheese or yogurt and two kinds of jam, muesli of two kinds, small buns, juice from the apparatus, yogurt in jars, butter, oranges, pears, apples, tea in bags. In general, quite enough for breakfast. The Vi file was working fine.

Mind-blowing location near beaches and old city with jaw-dropping views of the port. Super pet-friendly, allowing dogs for a small fee, and no additional charge based on size. The air-conditioning was refreshing, the wifi was reliable, and the environment was cozy. The 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, lift, and no smoking policy were also great.
